Funnelsdone is a robust marketing and CRM platform for agencies and marketers, offering features like CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and more.
Integrating FD with AppointAI enables your AI assistant to automatically create new contacts in FD. Follow these steps to set up the integration and configure your chatbot:
Setting Up Funnelsdone
1. To set up FD, go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under Funnelsdone to begin the integration process.
2. The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration.
3. You’ll be directed to a third-party link. Enter your CRM details to continue and choose a sub-account.
Note: AppointAI currently supports only subaccounts and locations.
4. Enter a name for the integration. Once the tool is authenticated, select the function for the integration (i.e., create a new contact). Click Save.
Creating your Widget to respond to FD Messages
Next, you need to create the widget which will respond to each FD-triggered messages:
5. Go to the Widgets Tab. Click on the Add a Widget button.
6. Give your widget a name and description. Choose the Assistant you created that you’d like to use as your chatbot. Select FD icon as the Widget type (as shown in the image).
7. Select the integration name that you just created in Step 4. Select the channels that you want the chatbot to respond to, such as live_agent, SMS, or other mediums from FD.
Note: Only those messages will be responded that are received through the selected list of channels during widget creation.
8. Enter the location ID and click on the Submit button.
Once the widget is created, AppointAI will automatically respond to all your contacts whenever they message you from the selected channels. The AI assistant will reply through the same channel, ensuring seamless communication.
